Front Desk Spa Coordinator / Medical Aesthetician

A boutique-style, award-winning Medi Spa & Wellness Centre in Toronto and Newmarket looking to hire a full time / part time Front Desk Spa Coordinator / Medical Aesthetician to join our growing clinic. Will meeting & greeting clients, answering calls, booking appointments, replying emails, checking in/out clients, and backup service providers.

Must be motivated, sales and customer service oriented, friendly, and be able to multitask.

Summary:

This position is responsible for the daily front desk duties and general housekeeping. The chosen candidate must be a team player, dedicated to providing our valued clients the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing appointments for the clinical team.
Daily communication of information to team and management.
Provide a professional and friendly experience for the clients on the telephone, online, IG and in clinic for all clients and visitors.
Checking clients in and out; and billing.
Knowledgeable of all spa services, retail products and assist in scheduling follow up visits.
Preparing client’s intake and consent forms and entering all client information accurately into database.
Maintain accurate scheduling in booking software, follow up calls and appointment confirmations
Prepare daily business summary reports, bank settlements.
Effectively manage inventory
Clinic opening and closing as may be required
Promote and provide clinic services and products
Other various clerical duties as requested by Management team

Compensation & Working Environment:

Full Time & Part Time Position 
Saturday Shift is mandatory
Compensation based on experience and performance

Medical Esthetician

A full-service Medi Spa & Wellness Centre is looking to hire a part-time leading to full-time Medical Esthetician to join our growing clinic. Will perform treatments such as facials, medical pedicures, body treatments, chemical peels, photo rejuvenation, laser hair removal, skin tightening, body contouring and fractional resurfacing.

Must be motivated, sales and customer service oriented, friendly and upbeat, and have a warm and welcome smile and a positive attitude.

Summary:

This position is responsible for the safe & effective operation of clinic equipment and administration of clinic treatments, always maintaining the utmost attention to client questions and concerns. The chosen candidate must be a team player dedicated to providing our valued clients with the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

Perform thorough consultation for assessment and build a personalized treatment plan and homecare regime to address the client’s concerns
Perform treatments in accordance with clinic protocols
Provide client education regarding hair growth cycles, skin health, etc., in accordance with corporate protocols
Ensure accurate and thorough client chart entries
Be able to sell and upsell services and homecare products to help clients achieve their beauty goals
Assist with several functions throughout the centre, including reception, telephone, house-keeping, merchandising
Communicate with Clinic Director regarding clients' concerns, feedback, etc.
Participate in increasing sales revenues through upgrades and consultations
Participate in community outreach and social events
Other duties as directed by the Clinic Director or Supervisors

Cosmetic Nurse RN/RPN

A boutique-style, award-winning Medi Spa & Wellness Centre in Toronto and Newmarket looking to hire a full time / part time Cosmetic Nurse (RN or RPN) to join our growing clinic. Will Will perform treatments such PRP facial rejuvenation and PRP hair restoration, BOTOX & dermal filler cosmetic injections.

Must be motivated, sales and customer service oriented, friendly, and be able to multitask.

Requirements

· Registered RN/RPN, is in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

· Minimum 2 years’ cosmetic injection experience

· Outstanding interpersonal communication skills

· working knowledge and sales experience of medical grade skin care products is a plus

· The ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, high volume environment

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management capabilities

· The willingness to learn new techniques

Responsibilities

· Perform PRP treatment to clients

· Perform cosmetic injections to clients

Social Media Marketing Manager:

An award-winning Medi Spa & Wellness Centre is looking to hire a part-time Social Media Marketing Manager leads to full time to join our head office.

The successful candidate will have education in Marketing and/or Social Media Management with a passion for the beauty industry.

Must be motivated, sales and customer service oriented, friendly and upbeat, be a self-starter who takes the initiative.

Requirements:

Marketing/communication diploma or degree
Minimum 2 years’ social media management experience, proven records for being ahead of social trends and topics
Outstanding oral and written English skills with excellent analytical skills and acute attention to detail
Excellent content creation skills, including video editing/photo editing, and must be familiar with reporting and analytics. Google Analytics is a plus
Setup and execute weekly and monthly content calendars for all social media channels
Manage photoshoots of products/ services and photograph/video/stories edit medi spa services to maintain our online presence on Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Linkedin, and Wechat
Be active on social media platforms – Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Linkedin, and WeChat daily – posting, reposting, scheduling and responding to comments
Create and manage paid Facebook & Instagram campaigns
Create monthly blogs for the website
Driving conversations and engagement through social media channels
Providing weekly social media reporting metrics, including analyzing data, key metrics and conversions to optimize campaigns

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Director of Clinic Operations to develop and implement brand marketing plans while supporting local marketing initiatives.
Responsible for brand management and social media strategy, content creation, community management, copywriting, publishing and campaign development across multiple channels and platforms.
