• Complete online personal data application form
• Meet with the franchise team
• Review and discuss capital requirements
• Sign confidentiality agreement
• Review Franchise Disclosure Document
• Credit and background check
• Conduct due diligence
• Select territory
• Review business plan
• Sign franchise agreement
• Select site for approval and finalize lease
• Secure financing
• Begin 8 weeks training program (4 weeks at Head Office and 4 weeks at franchisee location)
• Preparation and execution of grand opening
